Mr. Chen and Mr. Fu are the owners of Chinese restaurants, one is a Sichuan restaurant which insists on an authentic taste, whilst the other makes noodles with a pinch of the local taste. Every dish they make tells a story of their life and also displays the epitome of the Chinese culture in the UK.

Chinese culture has been spread all over the world under globalisation, seen especially in food with the smell of Chinese spices found across the ocean. The diversification of Chinese food also landed with the wave of immigration to the UK. From the traditional, authentic taste to the modern one with which even the locals are in love, Chinese food went through many changes as it adapted to fit into the English society and became what is known here as Chinese food.
