Living is Dyslexia

Living with dyslexia presents a range of struggles and problems that most fail to understand. These struggles intensify in academic environments, putting undue pressure and strain on dyslexic students. Research into this area has proven links between dyslexia and feelings of depression and anxiety, as well as various negative emotions. 

Living is Dyslexia is an immersive installation that portrays and evokes these challenging experiences. By highlighting what having dyslexia feels like, it differs from similar projects. This installation not only recreates what dyslexia looks like and how it affects what people see, but it also focuses on emotion. In doing so, Living is Dyslexia allows users to experience how overwhelming studying with dyslexia can be.
